Lots to add! Here's all my bowls as I was mixing up dough on Tuesday. One regular ww, one Black Pepper Parmesan, and 1 pizza dough for Friday
Here is the Black Pepper Parmesan hearth loaf. The rise was ok on this, but it wasn't as flavorful as I wanted it to be. I want to try this again because it smelled so good!

Here is my ww loaf. It turned out really good! The foil stuck to the top of the bread, so there is a little tear in it. The kids seem to prefer the loaf bread because it doesn't have as thick of a crust.
Looks like legit sandwich bread!
I made these veggies last night, inspired by a meal I had at Bravo. It was so good! I took 1 big sweet potato, peeled, cubed, and boiled for 6 minutes. Then, I put them on a pan along with red peppers (1, cut into 1" pieces) and asparagus (18). I sprayed them with cooking spray and drizzled balsamic vinegar. Broiled for 8 min, then added a few handfuls of spinach and broiled for 2 more minutes. SO GOOD!
Today I baked a Whole Wheat Cranberry Walnut sourdough loaf. The rise and color looks good - we'll have to see how it tastes!
This morning I baked these Apple Oat Muffins. I got the recipe from here. I mostly followed it, except that I used 185 g of apples (after coring), stevia instead of brown sugar, and regular ww flour. They smelled really good - I took a bite and they seemed kind of blah, but the kids liked them. We'll see what Matt says.
