I made this chicken salad the other day, and it was delicious. It was only 180 calories for the whole thing!
5 oz chicken tenderloins
67g celery (this was 1 "stick" of celery - a little too much)
28g shredded carrots
20g red onions
I tossed it with greek yogurt, a squeeze of mustard and salt and pepper. I ate it on a piece of 100% whole wheat sourdough - that I made :)
