I used one of the failed sourdough batches to make pizza. I divided it into 4, shaped them into balls and let them rise for a few hours. They didn't - just spread out. They were very easy to flatten out. I made 2 for the kids before their play practice and 2 for me and Matt. Good way to use up dough that didn't rise, but nothing to write home about.
I baked them at 475 on the steel. Took about 7-8 minutes. For the kids, I turned the broiler on, but it seemed better when I didn't use it for the 2nd round of pizzas.
