I baked a yeast/bread flour/wwf hearth loaf today.  I took it out of the fridge around 4:20am, then shaped the loaf around 10am.  I baked around 3.  It turned out as my best loaf yet.  It had risen the most at each stage.  Also different this time, I used my Kitchen Aide mixing bowl in the oven over the loaf instead of my cast iron.  This was much easier to put on/take off. 

I also made Sweet Potato and Black Bean chili.  I did 7 minutes in the IP, but I'm going to try a couple less minutes next time, because the potatoes were softer than I wanted.  But it was good.  Sadie thought it was too spicy, but I added some greek yogurt to hers and she ate it.  I also sent some to the neighbors because they had some sick family members, and they reported that it was good!
