Today I made croutons with my failed sourdough loaf and biscuits. 

For the croutons, I cut the bread into pieces.  Then I added garlic powder, salt and pepper to 1/4 cup of oil, which I tossed over the cubed bread.  Then I toasted them for about 15 minutes at 375.  They were really good, but I think it was too much oil.  I later used the croutons in an egg casserole. 


For the biscuits, I used the recipe from the 100 Days of Real Food book, but I used almond milk instead of cow's milk.  They didn't rise as much, but are still good.
