This morning I baked the Cinnamon Date Pocketbreads.  They didn't rise much in the fridge, but they did rise in the oven.  I didn't eat any, but they did smell really good.  The kids dipped them into maple syrup and said they were delicious.  Matt put butter on them and ate them in the car, so I'll have to wait for his report, since I mostly made them for him :)

I'm baking my second batch of sourdough as a hearth loaf - the oven is preheating now!  I really hope this is the one!  It seems like it's rising.

This one turned out really good!

I need to find out when is the best time to feed the starter - at its peak, or after its fallen?
