I didn't do much in the kitchen today because I prepped so much food yesterday.  I did mix up 3 batches of bread dough for later in the week.  I used bread flour this time - I'm going to wait until I get my sourdough starter ready because the last few loaves were just too dense.
I made 2 plain and 1 cinnamon raisin.  I forgot about how you're supposed to let it sit out for a few hours before you move it to the fridge, so hopefully that doesn't mess it up.  I was going to bed, so I just stuck it in there.  Thought it would be better to go straight to the fridge than sit out all night and then go in???
