Making some Mint Cookies and Cream Fudge Swirl Ice Cream to celebrate after the kids' show tonight! Here's the plan:
1.5 cups milk (2%)
3 cups cream
1+ t peppermint flavor
1 cup sugar
It's churning now, and I will add crushed oreo cookies toward the end. Once I have the ice cream in a container, I'll warm the fudge just enough to swirl it through. Then in the freezer until tonight!
I've also got a yeasted hearth bread rising right now that I mixed up on Friday.
UPDATE:
I also made some oatmeal cookies from the dough I froze a few weeks ago. I put 16 on the cookie sheet and baked for 16 min at 350. They turned out perfect!

This one turned out really good! The rise was good, it tasted delicious! We made most of it into grilled cheese to go with the soup.
