This morning for breakfast I made sweet potatoes (grated with salt, rosemary and paprika).  I sauteed asparagus and egg whites, then added some Breakfast Meatballs, and topped it all with some sharp cheddar.  It was pretty good.  Next time I'll cut the asparagus up smaller.  It would be better with an over-easy egg on top, but I was trying to keep the calories low.   The whole plate was about 250 calories (20 grams of protein).

Belle made a dessert from Paul Hollywood's book call "Chocolate Heavies". They are pretty much a thin biscuit with sugar added and chocolate.  They were pretty simple to make and look really cute.  I'm considering making them for Easter, with a cinnamon raisin version for Matt.

This morning I got out one of the batches of dough I made last night.  I let it rise in the bowl until after lunch.  Then I put it in the loaf pan and let it rise until about 6 (so about 4-5 hours).  I got the best rise I've had so far, so I guess putting it directly into the fridge was ok!  I look forward to cutting into it in the morning!
