Today I baked the 2nd part of the sourdough I mixed up a couple days ago. I shaped the loaf yesterday, let it proof in the fridge, then let it sit out for several hours today. I knew it wasn't really going to rise from the loaf yesterday, so I just went ahead and baked it. I haven't cut into it yet.
For breakfast I used the rest of the sourdough starter (after I had taken some to feed) and made waffles.
I also used those croutons I made a couple days ago to make an egg casserole. I put them in the bottom, then did 8 eggs, 2 cups milk, 8 spears of asparagus, a big handful of chopped spinach, 2 servings of deli turkey (diced up) and cheese.

Starter at 4pm - will it ever rise?!
